This training will prepare the participant to be able to train their employees at the different monitor levels and officially designate M1 & M2 positions (with applicable endorsements) that include knowledge in the latest operational, inspection and rescue techniques. Individuals who qualify once they pass all requirements will be awarded an MT (Monitor Trainer) designation.
